The design is a classic look and I like how the forearm of the stock is slim, and long enough to cover the barrel block. You can really see that tiger-striping now that the wood has been sanded and finished. The stock does look a lot nicer in daylight. But hey - The wait is over and now it is all mine. The "waiting" was the hardest and I guess maybe a few "in process" pic's from Steve could of helped. You know I was feeling a little bit jealous that you were able to see my stock two times before I was able to get my mitts on it. The figure and grain look stunning in the sunlight and his design really enhances that amazing action. It's an amazing piece of wood and like so many others it difficult to do it justice with photos.
